Ines Rosales tortas started being produced in 1910. Two secrets made them successful at first: high quality ingredients, including extra virgin Olive Oil, and a handmade process. You will notice that even today all the tortas have different shapes, this is because the handmade process is still applied. The excellent ingredients are also present. The Ines Rosales tortas are ubiquitous in Spain and becoming very popular in the US.
