Jamón de Cebo de Campo are ibérico pigs with pure breed, 100% Ibérico de Bellota mothers and grain feed, ibérico fathers who are raised  completely free range.  Even though not a pure breed of Pata Negra, the earthy and nutty flavors are rich and intense, making it an amazing option to include on a daily basis.
