RAMON PEÑA Sardines in Xoubas Sauce - Gold Line

The "Xoubas" fried stewed sardines Ramon Peña “Gold Label” came from the Galician estuaries. Ramon Peña makes an exquisite selection  in port of the best pieces, as well as belonging to the  “Gold Label” line of high quality. Once at the factory, sardines are cleaned and gutted by hand, rolled in flour for later frying in olive oil, and then canned with a homemade sauce.
